How we work and what can we help you with?
Although we work as a team, we believe it’s best when you have your dedicated account manager assigned to your business. They’ll be your main point of contact, although other members of staff will be on hand to step in in their absence.
Payroll…
We can process your payroll weekly, fortnightly or monthly every 4 weeks, regardless of whether it’s a salary or flexible hours. We will work with you to include the correct working hours in each period including making deductions for pension, NI contributions, tax, calculating statutory or company sick pay, maternity leave and marking holidays. We will also closely monitor that all your employees meet the national minimum or living wage.
Payslips…
Payslips can be posted to you in a printed format or you and your employees can be given access to secure online system, meaning no more re-prints if your employee loses one. The IRIS system works on a secure login and breaks down your workers payslips per year including employee end of year P60. These can all be self-printed as and when needed.
Auto-enrolement
We use similar system for auto-enrolment and though we can’t make the decision for you on which provider you should choose, we can help you find information on what’s available and answer any questions you may have. Similarly as with payroll, you and your employees will receive access to password protected online accounts and will be able to track contributions monthly. It helps both you and your workers to have all the information they may need on hand and ready to view/self-print at any time.

Don’t know which of your workers may be eligible? We monitor this for all of our outsourced payroll clients as part of the service. Automatic assessments are set up for all workers and we will take care of sending Pension Letters to all eligible and non-eligible workers.
What’s more, outsourcing with us will put a stop on lengthy times being left ‘on-hold’ with HMRC. Our team will contact them on your behalf to discuss Real Time Submissions every payment period and confirm deductions should it be necessary.
